Canoe Kayak Canada is proud to be the host of the 2026 ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup in Montréal as part of the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Olympic Games’ celebrations. The event will accentuate the strength and sustainablility of the legacy left by the Games for the overall sports community. In welcoming the international canoe-kayak community to Montréal, we can celebrate with the many nations that were a part of the Games 50 years ago. Activities on the site will enable participants and spectators to relive the 1976 Olympics’ experience, and a series of social events bringing together some of the former athletes is also being organized.
