The 2026 Marathon de Montréal is shaping up to be a very special edition as the city honours the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Summer Olympic Games. Much more than a simple sports meet, the event will be transformed into a huge celebration of the city’s Olympic heritage. The Courons Montréal crew is planning to do a forward-looking project that will also have lots of nods to 1976.
