The Montréal games, climbing for 8-12 year olds with a version tailored to youngsters with an ASD, having a learning or physical disability, are an initial opportunity to ignite the Olympic spirit and a first-time experience in competition that could serve as a springboard for many youngsters to continue to pursue sports.
